Municipality of Apeldoorn wants to conclude a new framework agreement for the supply of above-ground concrete products.
Reason: the municipality of Apeldoorn annually carries out a large number of civil projects within the municipal boundaries for which the municipalitylf and the (sub)contractors engaged aboveground concrete products are required. In recent years, the size of this has varied between €500,000 and €850,000 per year.
Purpose and opportunity market consultation: Prior to this tender, the municipality wants to verify which parties can purchase these products.and supply and what opportunities the market sees for sustainability. In addition, this is an opportunity for potential tenderers to provide the municipality with relevant information that can be included in the design of the actual tender.
