Description:
Concerns a so-called Basic Maintenance Contract (BOV) for the 'permanent maintenance' of the entire waterway Lemmer-Delfzijl (approx. 115 km) for the main disciplines of banks (steel, concrete, wood, rubble, of course); bottoms (dredging); works of art (fixed and movable bridges, locks); waterway furniture; electricaland hydraulic-mechanical installations; asset management. These are contracts with a term of 4 to 10 years. Rijkswaterstaat is considering tendering the scope in lots, about which decisions still have to be made, partly based on market consultations.
