Description:
There are three private indoor swimming pools in the municipality of Leudal. In its accommodation policy, the municipality stated that it will contribute to one swimming pool in the exploitation in the future. The municipality wants to realize the future indoor swimming pool together with a market party. This can mean that the municipality Paid (along) paid to the construction/renovation and/or structurally contributes to the operation of the "new indoor swimming pool". In order to make the best choice for this for Leudal, the municipality is holding a market consultation. The municipality wants to talk to interested (swimming pool) partners with this market consultation to explore the preconditions for exploitation. The intention of the conversations is to visualize which parties are prepared with the municipality for a period of 2530 years based on the preconditions and with a clear vision. With the results of The market consultation will then proceed to tender and contract.
