Description:
The management of the water installations of the buildings on the Tilburg University campus (approximately 20 buildings). By Water Installations Management we mean the following activities:
Regular activities: monitoring flushing rounds, management legionella file, regular consultation, proactive advice, annualsampling, annual non-return valve check, five-yearly hydrant check, keeping a legionella file.
Work on demand: incidental carrying out consultancy work or control measures in response to a report from Tilburg University.
Project work: work requiredas a result of a change in the function or use of the building or a change to the drinking water installation(s) and for which the Contractor prepares a quotation.
All work must be carried out in such a way that the applicable laws and regulations are complied with , including thedrinkwaterwet en het drinkwaterbesluit.
