Description:
The Tax Authorities use an Exadata environment as part of its critical data platform infrastructure. This environment supports various business-critical applications and processes that are essential for the performance of its tasks. To the To ensure continuity, performance and (Information) security of this environment, a tender will be launched for the maintenance and support of the existing Exadatastack (Installed base). The scope of this tender primarily includes Management, Maintenance & Support of the Oracle Exadata stack (Installed Base) and Technical Account Management (TAM) that have a direct relationship with the Oracle Exadata environment Optional element: Consultancy Revision clauses: 1. Expansion of Software; 2. New Software; 3.Technology refresh; 4. Logical successor; 5. Temporary extension of the Agreement.
