Description:
The Erasmus University Rotterdam (hereinafter referred to as: "EUR") is looking for one (1) supplier for the delivery of so -called "managed services" for the (W) LAN network of the EUR by the other party at the EUR, consisting of:
- Performing configuration management, Disruption of Management, Standard Changes and Lifecycle management for the network components that the other party manages on behalf of the EUR;
- purchasing and installing network components within the (W) LAN network of the EUR;
- performing standard services such as account management, Coordination and direction, a service desk, a service portal, reports and service level and KPI management.
- the solicited and unsolicited advice of the EUR with regard to further development, improvement and optimization of the (W) LAN network of the EUR;
- Performing on a command base Non-standard changes or projects for the EUR.
