- Procedure Tender through the European public procedure in accordance with the (amended) Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. Assignment The assignment concerns: Replacing lighting fixtures; Replacing light poles; Coordinating activities for and managing the grid operator; Managing and delivering revision data; On small scale installation of light points. Plots This contract is not divided into lots. Goal The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement/agreement/order for the provision of these services with a term of two (2) years with the effective date being DATE. The client has the unilateral right to extend this one (1) time by two (2) years. The decision-making regarding these extension(s) is made on the basis of evaluation of the performance delivered. The client will indicate no later than three months before the end date of this agreement whether it wishes to make use of any previously agreed extension period. Maximum contract value The maximum order value under this framework agreement is: set at €12,000,000 over the term of the agreement, including extension options.
