Description:
The assignment from the municipality of Gemert-Bakel must result in the maintenance of the mechanical engineering-Part-02 installations being assigned to one supplier. The agreement to be concluded must ensure that the operational reliability of the installations is guaranteed in the coming years. The submaintenance must comply with applicable laws and regulations. By concluding an agreement for the preventive and corrective maintenance and replacement of W-installations-Part-02, the municipality is able to fulfill its legal obligation to provide a safe working environment for its personnel, toto fulfil. The municipality wants to enter into an agreement for the duration of four (4) years with the option of extending two (2) times one (1) year. The initial agreement is expected to take effect on 3/1/2023 and will run through 2/28/2027. After that, there is two times the possibility to extendand for a period of one year each. The contract will then terminate by operation of law.
