- The purpose of the tender is to contract one (1) contractor to carry out painting work for the real estate of the municipality of Oldenzaal. Term of agreement The Agreement has an initial term of two (2) years. The expected effective date of the Agreementst is May 1, 2024 and ends by operation of law on May 1, 2026 without extension. The contracting authority has the option to extend the Agreement twice for one (1) year under the same conditions. The total term can therefore be four (4) years.
