Description: The management and maintenance department of the Hollandse Delta Water Board is responsible for managing and maintaining assets in the outdoor space. Part of the work concerns the management and maintenance of watercourses and the civil artworks present therein. The maintenance of these civil artworks is regulated in maintenance contracts. For the management of these artworks we are looking for a ' maintenance manager Civiel '. As a maintenance manager you are responsible for the operational maintenance and management process and you keep the Maximo maintenance management system and associated documentation in SharePoint up-to-date. Consider the development of maintenance plans for future work packages, the processing of data or inventories and implementation of mutations. You also take care of the arrangement of specifications and documentation after maintenance works have been realized. In addition, you optimize work based on malfunctions and maintenance findings.
