Description: Contract maintenance [preventive and corrective] to two plots in total 42 passenger lifts, 22 charges, six stair lifts and three goods lifts.
The qualitative questionnaires are equal to both plots, only the price lists differ. You can register on a plot or both plots, but you can only receive one parcel, for reasons of risk spreading and promoting market forces. If a tenderer at both plots end the first, the contracting authority chooses which plot is allocated.
This tender aims to conclude agreements for a period of five years, with an option to unilateral extension by the client of twice two years. The start date of the assignment is provided at 1.1.2022.
