- The total installation technical maintenance of the buildings of the municipality of Nederweert, to which this tender applies, is currently outsourced to several contractors. The scope consists of the following buildings: building street + house number location gross floor Surface area (GFA) * Town hall, Raadhuisplein 1, Nederweert, BVO 4,781M² * Sports center De Bengele, De Bengele 8, Nederweert BVO 4,824M² This concerns the performance of the preventive , curative and corrective maintenance, annual inspections and planned activities. A multi -year maintenance plan (MJOP) is used for this. Based on the vision of the client, the switch is made from time -bound maintenance to condition -controlled maintenance through results/performance contracts.
