Description: The municipality of Almelo is organizing a European non-public tendering procedure e.g. BPKV (with pre -selection) to arrive at a framework contract for maintenance of asphalt in the municipality of Almelo aged 4 years. A SROI obligation is included in the assignment (Start February 2023).
The main objective is described as:
Create a grip and keep it on the maintenance task for asphalt pavements and perform these in a sustainable, efficient and effective way. A good balance between quality, costs and risks is important here (asset management). The contractor acts as a partner and ensures that shortage of knowledge, skills and time with regard to the maintenance task is flexibly supplemented.
The realization assignment is provided on the basis of an agreement with the RAW system as a starting point, whereby the municipality of Almelo can choose to include a number of the UAV 2012 deviating provisions in the realization contract.
