Description:
By means of this tender, the municipality of Tilburg wishes to grant the assignment "Civil Artworks Maintenance" to one contractor for the coming years. The assignment that the contracting authority has to complete and for which it is looking for one contractor to conclude an agreementSupervises "maintenance of civil artworks" for the Spatial Implementation department of the municipality of Tilburg. For this assignment, the contracting authority wants to enter into an agreement with a reliable contractor who has sufficient knowledge to make the area of Houten, Steelen and Concrete Artworksto fire, maintain and repair defects. As an extension of the client, the Contractor shows involvement and responsibility for the organization and the city. In addition, the Contractor advises the Client on the implementation of necessary major maintenance and replacementBy keeping the multi -year maintenance plan (MJOP) up to date.
