Description: This tender is a European tender (according to the 2012 Procurement Act) for having a baseline measurement and maintenance if subsequently described by automatic doors.
With 'automatic doors', in this case, the (manual with electrical circuit and / or automatically electrically operated) doors, such as overhead doors (sectional and roller doors) and (automatic) turning or sliding doors. Within the municipality of Utrecht there are approximately 600 of these types of doors across around 200 buildings. Elevator doors, fire and smoke screens, tourniquets and / or (warm) air curtains as well as Speedlanes do not make it part of this tender.
