WSRL currently has agreements with various entrepreneurs for carrying out maintenance and service work on the CHP installations of RWZI Arnhem and RWZI Nijmegen.
The current agreements expire (29 February 2024) and any extensions are not possible.
This is the Onmanagement to follow a new tender procedure.
Rivierenland Water Board intends to conclude an agreement with one (1) entrepreneur per plot.
The terms of the agreements differ per plot.
For plot 1 WWTP Arnhem, a term of five (5) yearswith the option to extend the agreement five (5) times by one (1) year.
For plot 2 RWZI Nijmegen, a term of two (2) years applies with the option to extend the agreement eight (8) times by one ( 1) years.
The reason for these different terms lies in the fact that wThe Rivierenland Water Board expects that the Nijmegen WWTP will be renovated/converted in 2026. The current CHP installations will be replaced.
The agreements will take effect on March 1, 2024.
The maintenance consists of at least the following activities:
Preventive maintenance which will cover allinclude actions aimed at ensuring trouble-free and safe functioning of the CHP and preventing excessive wear. At a minimum, maintenance is carried out in accordance with the maintenance guidelines specified by the manufacturer.
