Description: This tender aims to select a party for maintenance and replacement of the audiovisual resources that are in use by the municipality of Waalwijk within its own and rented properties. The municipality of Waalwijk wants to be unburdened and is looking for a collaborative partner who provides and maintains the audiovisual resources in such a sustainable way for a long period of time. The starting point of this tender is that the lifespan of resources is extended as long as possible.
This tender consists of a framework agreement and a first further assignment. The framework agreement includes maintenance, exclusion and replacement of audiovisual resources. The second part consists of a first further contract for revitalizing audiovisual resources in the council chamber. This part of the assignment must be started immediately after completing this tender and signature of the agreement.
