- - Define respective Programme of Requirements, and specifications to tender a) the demolition works for Shell and b) the General planner and the Construction works for Hinge, and to accompany EPO in the tendering process. - Perform complete Project Management activities (costs, time, coordination, changes, etc.) during implementation up to the full closure of each project. - Provisional sum to cope for additional consultancy services in the next phases: such commissioning would however be made at the sole discretion of the EPO, based on fixed hourly rates.
