• Description:
• This tender relates to the location production of 3FM Serious Request. The location producer is responsible for the technical and facility realization of the event. The activities of the location producer include: • Creating the necessary production facilities and technical facilities for the broadcast on location; • Designing and implementing decor and lighting; • Hiring and installing AV technology and connections for the broadcast (with the exception of the television broadcast of the broadcaster involved, see chapter 2.6 Outside the scope); • Setting up workplaces in the vicinity of the studio; • Drawing up and implementing a traffic, medical and crowd management plan; • Organizing and managing security; • Organizing and coordinating crew catering; • Organizing and coordinating accommodation for the crew; • Supporting the permit process; • Visiting and advising on future host cities; • Post-event reporting and evaluation.
