- For the care of Ukrainians and (housing of) status holders, the municipality wants to purchase both social management and building management (at one party). The municipality (or other party) has the housing (the building), but wants to outsource the full management of the location.

in the Victoriakliniek to the King GustaafwegIn Zierikzee, the municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland wants to take care of Ukrainian refugees.
The left wing of the Victoria Clinic (formerly ADRZ) is rented for this by the municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland for a period of 3 years. After a renovation, the location will be suitable for the reception of 70 Ukrainianrefugees. The first residents will move to this location from 1 September 2025.
2. Future not yet known locations
These locations are part of this tender and will be included within the framework agreement with the contracted location manager after realization.
For future locations it is not certain whether and to what extent there is a need for location management. This depends on the size and spread of the locations.
