• Description:
• Location management, management (including caretaker) and security of reception locations for refugees within the municipality of Land van Cuijk. The municipality currently offers shelter to refugees from Ukraine on the basis of the Temporary Protection Directive (RTB). There are three municipal reception locations in use within the municipality: a reception location on the former PI and AZC site in Overloon (approx. 500 residents); a reception location with chalets on a campsite in Sint Anthonis (approx. 75 residents); a small-scale one reception location in an office building in Vierlingsbeek (approx. 7 residents). In addition, approximately 180 refugees reside privately within the municipality. The current target (December 2025) is 595 reception places. With this European tender, carried out via the public procedure, the contracting authority aims to reach a framework agreement for the implementation of location management, management and security of the reception locations. The aim is to guarantee continuity, safety and quality of life, with attention for standardization, connection with regular facilities and flexibility with changes in numbers of residents, target groups and locations. With the agreement, the contracting authority wants to realize professional and well-organized reception, in a targeted manner on the safety and self-reliance of residents, in collaboration with social partners. An agreement is entered into with one (1) service provider for a period of at least two (2) years and a maximum of four (4) years. The effective date of the agreement is October 1, 2026.
