Description:
The Lorentz Center receives a large number of visitors from home and abroad every year. In 2024 there were 3082. It concerns participants in scientific workshops. In 2024, 7738 room nights were reserved. For the Omega location these were 5576, for the Lambda location these were 2162.Every year the Lorenz Center provides around 70 workshops. About 60% of this is at the @Omega location and 40% at the @lamda location. The @Omega location has a capacity of 55 participants, from which a request of around 40 hotel rooms follows. The @Lambda location has a capacity of 25 participants,From which a request of around 20 hotel rooms follows. The framework agreement with the current supplier for the hotel runs until 1 September 2025. This means, in connection with the booking periods that rooms are requested for this new tender from the period April 2026.
