- Energieweb is not an entity, but a partnership of a number of municipalities and is aimed at purchasing sustainable energy through the self -supplies model. More information can be found in Chapter 1.3. In this document, Energieweb describes the course of the purchasing procedure, as well as the conditions and instructions for local energy generators who want to register. For the procedure, the municipality of Ede acts as a leader on behalf of each of the participating municipalities of Energieweb, this form is simply referred to as the contracting authority. Contracting authority invites various parties to participate in this tender, including: • Energy cooperatives; • Owners of Energy Reducations • Parties that intend to create an energy quotation location • Companies and organizations with an overcapacity on their sustainable energy generation The contracting authority wants to enter into an agreement with the contractor (s) for the duration of at least 5 to maximum
