- The municipality of Enschede as a contracting authority, wants to contract one operator who is responsible for the realization and exploitation of a solar carport and, optionally, a loading square on the public parking lot of P+R Zuiderval in Enschede. The agreement is a service concession. The solar carport(An installation consisting of roofing of parking spaces, solar panels, cabling, carrier frames, inverters and other accessories) and the loading square (collection of charging points at the same location that share the same net connection) are jointly requested because the systems the same network connectionwill share.
