- It is an insurance contract for the municipality of The Hague, of the liability risks. The total limit on current insurance is € 35 million per event with a maximum of € 70 million per insurance year for case, people and asset damage. The Agreement offers coverage for: the liability risks arising from public law and private law acts and omissions of the municipality of The Hague; The walk -in risk for at least ten (10) years prior to the effective date of the new policy to be concluded. The run -out risk in which, for three (3) months after the termination date of this insurance, claims that were stated in writing during the term of the insurance will be deemed to have been reported under this insurance. The reports will be deemed to have taken place during the term of the insurance; Employer liability of the insured in the broadest sense of the word.
