Description: The scope of the framework agreement to be conformed consists of:
-Digitaal Informing/inviting employees WSHD about the use of the Cyod portal;
-Delivering smartphones and tablets with corresponding accessories;
-Inwriter must register every device for delivery in the environment assigned by WSHD.
-Inoring and managing a CYOD system portal;
-Feeding a range of current A-brands of smartphones and tablets in the Netherlands, with Android and/or iOS operating systems. An A-brand is understood to mean: a brand that has a high name recognition and good reputation and is a leader in the market in terms of quality and price;
-Handling malfunctions and performing repairs, both inside and outside the warranty;
-labeling devices and packaging with a sticker supplied by WSHD.
