In addition, HBR wants to be assisted by a DBA-compliant flexible shell of corporate lawyers for interpretation of issues that do not belong to the areas of attention, including in particular labor law, or for the reception of peak tax or temporary absence or for the benefits of HBR.
HBR aims to achieve the following objectives with the framework agreements (plots 1 to 6):
- Tactical and strategic contribution to HBR and its participating interests,
- cost efficiency through competitive tariff agreements, tariff structures and project management,
- Legal knowledge and awareness structure and scalability.
