- The contracting authority wishes to be able to lease vehicles on the basis of full operational lease (including related insurance), whereby the duration of the further lease agreements is at least sixty (60) months. It is expected that the average mileage per year (10,000 to 15,000 kilometers per car) will remain the same. The contracting authority wishes to invest the complete maintenance of the vehicles at the tenderer. The contracting authority does not use winter tires for the vehicles to be leased. The vehicles to be leased are only used for business and are linked to a permanent driver. The fleet of the contracting authority currently consists of 41 vehicles, regarding the following type of vehicles: • Passenger cars Electric; • delivery vans electric; • delivery vans with sweeping garbage structure; • Enforcement cars: undercover, not undercover variant and specials; • Pickup delivery van, with tap; • delivery vans for calamity service
