Description: Within the NFI/CFS/MEM, the need for a new laserblation instrument has arisen to replace the old instrument for the analysis of various forensic traces. The old instrument is almost written off and cannot be used optimally with the ICP-TOF-MS delivered in 2021. The new and old system can also be used next to each other in combination with the existing 2 ICPMS systems in the lab. This increases the capacity for business research and gives more room for R&D.NEW Laserblation systems have a single Pulse Response system, where more options are available in the field of LA-ICP-MS imaging. The laserablation instrument will also be able to perform faster and accurate measurements as soon as the system is linked to the ICP-TOF-MS. The purpose of this European tender is to conclude one agreement between the NFI and one contractor for the purchase and maintenance of the desired laserblation instrument.
