Description:
This sales procedure relates to the land allocation by the municipality of Raalte of a plot ready for construction in the 't Broeck phase 5 plan located in Broekland. The municipality of Raalte is looking for a developer who will build eight ground-floor apartments (hereinafter: bebo homes) is developing. The municipality of Raalte, the municipal executive, is the selling party. The tenderer with whom the purchase agreement is entered into will realize the homes at his own expense and risk. The Land Issue procedure is subject to change of the exemption from the Province (for little owl/hedgehog). At the beginning of March 2026, the municipality will have clarity about whether or not it will obtain this exemption in time. The municipality will provide clarity about this when the information memorandum is published.
