Description:
The Tax Authorities receive more than 55,000 applications every year, of which almost 50,000 are rejected. This leads to disappointment among candidates and a significant workload for employees. They have to manually review thousands of resumes and motivation letters and then thousands send rejections. This process is completely manual within the current Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Candidates who are rejected — even if they are suitable but there are insufficient positions — disappear from view and have to reapply. This leads to inefficiency and missed chances. At the same time, there are structurally between 100 and 300 vacancies open, which makes it difficult for job seekers to find the right position. Candidates must actively search themselves, open vacancies and assess whether they match their wishes and qualifications. For internal employees it even more complicated. BD Match is a concept that responds to this. By using AI technology and process innovation, we want job seekers to find suitable work faster and easier and the organization to gain more insight into the available potential internally and externally. This should lead to fewer applications, fewer rejections and better use of talent. It should lead to a much more efficient and better quality recruitment process. This document describes the wishes surrounding this concept.
