Description: This command comprises delivering, implementing and maintaining a SaaS solution for the social domain broad directive and the implementation of the youth law and the Social Support Act. The municipality of Apeldoorn aspires an IT landscape that is in line with the service requirement of Residents, process and management requirements of employees and cooperation needs of chain partners and healthcare providers. An important element herein is that data is recorded and unlocked in accordance with the principle managed, multiple used. The purpose of the tender is to use a solution to which this ambition is being realized. Therefore, the assignment concerns one solution consisting of portal, front office and back office functionality, whereby functionalities and data is shared, so that the solution for users is one coherent. The assignment is awarded based on best price-quality ratio (BPKV). Initial duration of the agreement is 4 years.
