Description:
TU/e has launched an updated digitalization strategy in 2023. At the heart of the digitalization strategy lies the Smart Campus & Living Labs program. From the context of Smart Campus on the one hand and Living Labs on the other, essential steps are being taken to further realize of a data-driven university, associated data-driven decision-making, making new research possible as well as more competency-oriented development for our students. The program is on the cutting edge of moving to the delivery phase. The TU/e would like to collaborate with several IT Partners to enable project development & project implementation in the coming years. The projects will often work with IoT. The delivery phase is currently linked to three strategic domains of TU/e, namely Real Estate/Facilities, Energy and Integrated Safety. The purpose of this tender is to select 3 different IT Partners with whom a framework agreement and processing agreement will be entered into for 2 years with an option to extend twice for 12 months. Depending on the existing and future project portfolio, the Client will the associated expertise/complexity, holding mini competitions between the framework contractors whereby a further agreement is entered into.
