• The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) hereby invites your company to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the upcoming tender relating to the provision of construction work for a new front waiting area (Front Guard House), perimeter fence, entrances and gates at the OPCW headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands. This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI - OCS - 202601) forms the first phase of a two-phase tender procedure. The goal is to identify and prequalify contractors with clear, demonstrable experience and qualifications, who will then be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP). Project overview The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Construction of a new front guardhouse (approx. 110 m²) Installation of approximately 310 meters of perimeter fencing Realization of vehicle and bicycle access Installation of speed gates, bollards and turnstiles Demolition of the existing guardhouse and existing perimeter infrastructure Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations Full project coordination and construction site management in the role of main contractor Work is expected to start in late 2026 or early 2027.
