Description:
The De Wolden/Hoogeveen (SWO) cooperation organization, working in mandate for the municipalities of De Wolden and Hoogeveen, is preparing a European public tender for road maintenance and related services. The innovative purchasing method is used for this tender Rapid Impact Contracting (RIC). With the deployment of the Ricmethodology, SWO aims at a sustainable collaboration with a partner that contributes to the ambitions of both municipalities and to broader social tasks. This tender is awarded on the basis of a program of ambitions and the by Tenderers formulated vision, approach and expertise. The selected partner concludes a so -called Ric Commitment contract with both municipalities. The most suitable solution is then worked out during the Ric Workout in co -creation with the municipalities. All agreements about the solution, preparation, Implementation and cooperation are guaranteed in a Mutual Agreements Paper (MAP) during the Ric Touchdown. After signing this document, the implementation of the contract.
