Description:
Internal Mobility System (IMS) expansion of HR Information System The assignment concerns the expansion of the HR information system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BZ or Ministry). This system is built on SAP SuccessFactors and currently supports the personnel and payroll administration of transferable civil servants worldwide (Global Personnel System, GPS). GPS is already equipped with various SAP SuccessFactors modules, additional custom components and calculation modules, and was acquired through a European tender in 2022. The aim of the current assignment is to expand the system with additional functionality to support the employee lifecycle of all transferable BZ officials. This mainly concerns the internal application and placement processes, career development and personnel planning. For more information, see the attached document.
