- With this tender, Zaffier aims to conclude a framework agreement with two reliable and innovative contractors who develop and perform in good cooperation with Zaffier, the Taalschool and all other relevant partners in the municipalities: 1. The participation part of the self -reliance route (Zroute); 2. the folder of the self -reliance route (ZRoute), and; 3. A supply -strengthening process for the group of status holders with social assistance benefits. By using this process, the opportunities from the status holder are increased to take part in the labor market so that he/she can provide for his own livelihood.
