Description:
The contracting authority for this tender procedure is the public school community De Waerdenborch. Through this tender procedure, De Waerdenborch selects a number of architects (with advisors) for the design assignment for the new construction of the school and a sports hall. The aim is to award the contract to one architect who will design both buildings. De Waerdenborch is the client for the design of the school, the municipality of RijssenHolten is the client for the design of the sports hall. With it design team to whom the contract is awarded, two agreements are concluded; one assignment agreement with both clients.
