- The purpose of the tender is to conclude an agreement with one (1) contractor for the purchase, implementation, management and maintenance of an integral financial system. The first phase of the agreement consists of the implementation process. The intended live date of the financial system is January 1, 2026. After the system's live system, the management and maintenance phase starts. The management and maintenance phase has an initial term of four (4) years. After this period, the contracting authority has the option to extend the agreement three (3) times by two (2) years. The maximum duration of the agreement is ten (10) years. The agreement is concluded with one (1) contractor and relates to the purchase, implementation, management and maintenance of a financial system. The agreement can be terminated by the municipality of Vlaardingen with due observance of a notice period of six (6) months.
