- The municipality of Utrecht wants to conclude one agreement for an integral design team for making a Preliminary Design (hereinafter: VO) for the Mobility Hub XL in Papendorp. The design team will be contracted to create the VO. In addition, the design team is given the optional assignment uasked to advise the municipality during the construction (preparation). This option is only granted once the credit application for the realization has been approved. The design team is responsible for drawing up the VO and, if the option is awarded, will be given the responsibilityas an advisor to the municipality, to test the Definitive Design (hereinafter: DO) and to advise during the realization.
