Description:
The municipality of Veenendaal collaborates with school boards on the new construction of three integral childcare centers (IKCs). A sustainable housing in which children between the ages of 0 until the end of primary school age use a combination of care, education and upbringing in one continuous learning line with the aim of optimum development of each child. This market consultation is largely aimed at gaining insight into construction costs for IKCs (three different variants). In addition to insight into the construction costs, the municipality of Veenendaal is curious about how the market views the intended tenders/contract form and the municipality is interested in innovative ideas regarding the problems surrounding Netcongestie. The municipality of Veenendaal wishes to start construction of the first of the three IKCs in 2026.
