Description: The purpose of this tender is to arrive at a framework agreement with one contractor for providing services for installing and providing telemetric data groundwater level measurements to the Province of Gelderland. This assignment is awarded to the tenderer who is the most economically most economically Inexpensive registration, being the registration with the best price-quality ratio, has issued. The purpose of this assignment is to contract a new contractor that will be responsible for the delivery of real-time measurement data via telemetry within the present Gelderse Meetnets. This concerns approximately 704 wells or measuring locations with a total of 1274 pipes or filters, see for a more extensive overview of Appendix 1. The assignment concerns adjusting the existing measurement setups, installing telemetry and delivering validated measurement data.
