- The Central Government Real Estate Agency, as manager or owner, has the task of maintaining the visual art objects in and around the buildings managed by the Central Government Real Estate Agency. The buildings are located in various locations in the country. This concerns visual art objects that are voriginated from the percentage scheme that has been in force since 1951 for the use of visual arts in government housing and a number of older works of art from before 1951 such as murals, etc. The art collection contains approximately 3,500 works of art, both movable and permanent, and is part of theDutch cultural heritage and provides a good cross-section of recent contemporary art history. The services include carrying out the following activities: inspecting, determining and reporting the condition of the visual art objects in accordance withIn accordance with the methodology described in RVBBOEI(r) part 2E, carrying out repair work on the visual art objects (if necessary), carrying out planned work (if necessary) and resolving malfunctions on the visual art objects. The work to be carried out includes:A distinction is made between a fixed contract part and a variable contract part.
