• The contracting authority carries out projects throughout its management area, where, among other things, archaeological research often has to be carried out in the context of an environmental permit application. This archaeological research varies from desk research to inventory field research to all forms of follow-up research. The contracting authority outsources this research to archaeological agencies. Because contracting authorities have many projects to carry out and the lead time of these projects is often under pressure contracting authority to cooperate with contractors in the field of archaeological services who comply with the requirements in this tender guideline. The contracting authority again wants to conclude framework agreements with a maximum of three (3) parties that conform to the requirements set out in the tender guidelines and associated tender documents.
