• This is a European Public Tender from RadboudUMC. Radboud University Medical Center's previous tender procedure did not result in valid registrations, making a retender necessary. The nature of the assignment has remained unchanged, but there Several parts of the tender have been adjusted to clarify and optimize the conditions. The tender has been organized to contract a partner who will be able to provide the UMC with new Infusion Technology (Equipment, Disposables and Software Applications) and, in collaboration with our medical technology and clinical physics department, to keep this essential equipment efficiently available to RadboudUMC for at least the next 12 years. The The Contracting Authority is further referred to in this Request for Quotation as "UMC". The UMC intends to conclude the three agreements with one (1) Contractor for the present Assignment: Framework Agreement for a period of 10 years: Delivery, installation and Implementation of infusion pumps, docking stations, software, couplings and other supplies. Standard Service Agreement (WIBAZ) for a period of 12 years: Agreements on First, Second and Third line maintenance. It also contains agreements about management and support of Software and Links (including associated hardware). Framework agreement for a period of 12 years: Supply of Administration Systems and Extension Tubes Reason for the assignment The current Infusion equipment of the UMC is outdated and partly also technically depreciated, under the leadership of Medical Technology & Clinical Physics, it has been agreed with all departments involved in the hospital that a joint process to replace and partly renew this crucial Infusion technology (Equipment, Disposables and Software Applications).
