Description:
The Graafschap College wants to determine a complete awareness program to change behavior and to increase knowledge of security measures and procedures. That is, an awareness program aimed at: • Knowledge (through training); • attitude (consciousness and competencies); • Behavior (repeated exercise and training). The approach to security awareness must be based on the security organization of the Graafschap College and join the perception of employees. The program must not only focus on the various employees, but also on the board and management of the Graafschap College. Policy and procedures are available. It is mainly about letting this through a revolving program and the use of appropriate instruments and techniques to live in practice. And thereby measuring the effect, evaluating implementation to adjust the program where necessary in order to work cyclically and structurally to increase the security awareness of the organization. The Graafschap College intends to spend a multi -year agreement for this, such as for example 2 years initially + 2x 1 year option to extend.
