The assignment involves:
performing all 'incidental' mechanized traffic counts in Breda;
executing our regular bicycle counting programme.
Purpose
The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of these services with a term of one year with the effective date of 1 May 2023. The client has the unilateral right to extend this three times by one year.
Maximum contract value
The maximum contract value under this framework agreement is set at €300,000 over the term of the agreement, including extensiongoing options. No rights can be derived from the stated amount. There is no purchase obligation for the client.
If the maximum contract value is exceeded during the term of the framework agreement, the framework agreement can be terminated (earlier).
