The NIS2 Directive requires companies such as contracting authority to be proactive when identifying, controlling and reporting cyber incidents. The framework agreements to be concluded must ensure that healthcare organizations falling under the Cyber Security Act can make use of the expertise of the Incident Response Party in the event that a cyber security incident takes place at the care organization finds.
