- The assignment consists of the complete implementation of the U-pass for the municipality of Utrecht and regional municipalities. Including the following components:
Application administration infiltrated the U-pas website with management of U-pas data
Issuing and sending the physical passes to residentsers
Financial handling with transaction database including payment to providers and audits
Acquisition and relationship management of providers
Management, development and hosting U-pas website including app for pass holders
Communication to residents and partners, digitally and physically through u-pass counter. Kcustomer satisfaction surveys and complaint handling
This is with the aim of supporting low-income residents in participating in society. This is made possible because residents with a U-pass can participate in sporting and cultural activities, but also with a discount to travel.a. museums, cinemas and tourist attractions.
