Description: The province of Overijssel makes use of SAP ERP 6.8 on a HANA database for its financial information provision. The entire juice landscape is hosted by mybrand. Within the ERP environment, the modules fi, CO, PS and MM are mainly used. In addition, the province has the P2P Suite of Avelon in use for supporting the Purchase to pay process and e-connection for sending e-invoices. This landscape has implemented Greenfield in 2017. Mid November 2021 started the project for the conversion to S / 4hana with the aim of a live gang on 8 May 2022.
Through this tender, the province expects to find one partner for the implementation of SAP Funds Management which must start after LiveGang of S / 4hana. In addition, this assignment consists of a support subscription for SAP Finance and the possibility of doing new projects in the field of SAP Finance in the future with the contracted party as a "preferred-supplier". ...
